Attractive strawberry red colour with an intense pinkish rim. On the nose, an explosion of very fresh wild red fruit aromas. Hints of strawberry candy and cherries with a pleasant, light acidity. Subtle floral notes in the background. On the palate, it provides a refreshing experience. Reminiscences of acidic fruity notes stand out, with a pleasant gourmand background. Intense, flavoursome finish. 

Very good with rice and pasta dishes in general. Tomatoes or courgettes. It is possible to combine it with cold meats, veal escalope, grilled pork. Dishes prepared with potatoes and/or mushrooms. Quiche Lorraine.
