In view of the personal nature of the details provided, GRUPO FAUSTINO undertakes to process them in the strictest confidence, keeping them secret. To this effect, the company has drafted and implemented a Security Document in accordance with Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December 2007 approving the Regulations arising from the application of Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December 1999 on the Protection of Data of a Personal Nature.

For the proper provision of the services offered by GRUPO FAUSTINO, the User should answer each and every one of the questions that appear in our website forms. The User also represents to be of legal age.

The purpose of the automated processing of the personal data requested is, in addition to maintaining, managing and administering the contractual relationship which may be undertaken as the case may be, the sending of commercial information relating to products and services offered currently and in the future by GRUPO FAUSTINO and the following companies: GRUPO BODEGAS FAUSTINO, S.L., BODEGAS FAUSTINO, S.L., BODEGAS CAMPILLO, S.L., BODEGAS VALCARLOS, S.L., BODEGAS MARQUÉS DE VITORIA, S.A., BODEGAS LEGANZA, S.L. and BODEGAS PORTIA comprise a group of companies under the terms set out under Law. Such information includes advertising and promotional communications via postal mail, fax, e-mail or any other means.

By accepting this policy, the User authorizes and consents to the transfer of their personal data to other entities (banks, insurance companies, carriers, etc.) solely and exclusively when it may be necessary for the provision of the requested service. The User also expressly authorizes their processing and, where appropriate, their assignment, for the aforementioned purposes, to any of the companies comprising the group of companies together with GRUPO FAUSTINO.

Within thirty days after the acceptance of these conditions without receiving reliable notice of your refusal to the use of your data for sending commercial communications through electronic means, it will be understood that you consent to such treatment.

Your personal details will be treated as strictly confidential, and you may exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel and object to them by writing to info@bodegasportia.es or to the company at the postal address indicated above, including a copy of a document accrediting your identity. On the same basis, should the User not wish to continue receiving communications of this nature, they may also revoke their consent in such terms.
